This policy describes what Cumuloworks ("we") collects when you use the autoParallax website and tools, and how it is used.
The Japanese version of this policy is the authoritative text; this English page is a translation provided for convenience. If the two diverge, the Japanese version prevails.
1. What we collect
- Purchases: your email address and order details. autoParallax is currently sold through external stores (Gumroad and BOOTH); purchases there are processed under those platforms' own privacy policies, and we receive only the order details they share with us as the seller. We never receive or store your card number.
- License activation: your license key and a hashed machine identifier, used only to operate the licensing service.
- Website analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics, privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics operated by Vercel Inc. (page views, referrers, browser and device details, anonymized geographical origin, and interaction events such as clicks on purchase links or playing the demo video). Visitors are identified by a temporary hash that is deleted within 24 hours; no personal identifiers are collected.
2. How we use it
To deliver license keys, operate license activation, respond to inquiries, and improve the product and website. Nothing else.
3. Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent any personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers required to operate payments, hosting, and analytics.
4. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Cookies
The website itself does not use tracking cookies. Essential cookies may be used only for authenticated features such as license management.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below.
7. Children's privacy
Our services are not intended for children under 13.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Revisions are indicated by the date above.
